There is genuine public concern that growth and use of electronic commerce exposes users to breach of privacy rights.

This has now been the subject of Federal legislation which implements National Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information developed by the Privacy Commissioner after consultation with business and consumers.

In accordance with these principles, we undertake to collect and retain information from our customers only for:

• Supply of products and information.
• Maintaining our relationship with our own customers.
• Managing our rights and obligations in relation to our own accounting and record keeping and supervision of our own business and in relation to external payment systems (GST, tax, etc).
• Disclosure to parties.  Where we are authorised or required by law to disclose information to taxation, law enforcement and other similar authorities, then we will comply with our legal obligations.

We will not otherwise disclose your personal information to outside agencies for marketing purposes or for any other reason.
